Supplement Spray Manufacturer in Turkey
Turkish Supplements produces supplement sprays in Turkey for brands, importers and distributors. We fill oral, sublingual and topical sprays in pump and bag-on-valve formats, under your brand as a private label product or to your own formula on a contract basis.
A spray delivers a measured dose without water, without swallowing and without a dosing spoon. That makes it a natural fit for products taken away from home, and for customers who struggle with tablets. The pack also carries a premium signal that a bottle of tablets does not — which is why sprays usually sit at a higher price point than the same actives in capsule form.
Spray types we produce
- Oral sprays — sprayed into the mouth, for vitamins, minerals and botanical extracts
- Sublingual sprays — sprayed under the tongue, for actives taken in small volumes
- Throat sprays — for demulcent and botanical formulas aimed at throat comfort
- Topical sprays — for skin and muscle products, including cooling and warming formulas
We do not produce nasal sprays. In the EU a nasal spray is frequently classified as a medical device or a medicinal product rather than a food supplement, and the regulatory route is different from the one we work under. If your product is nasal, we are not the right supplier.
Spray formats
- Pump spray — the dose is delivered by finger pressure on the pump; simple, widely accepted, lowest cost
- Bag-on-valve — the liquid sits in a bag inside the container and is pushed out by compressed air; the product never touches the propellant, and the pack can be used at any angle
- Continuous spray — a fine, even mist over a wider area; usually chosen for topical products
Fill volumes typically run from 10 ml to 50 ml. The pump or valve output per actuation is part of the specification, because the daily dose is expressed as a number of sprays — so the output has to be consistent from the first spray to the last.
The actuation output is the dose
This is where spray projects differ from every other format. In a bottle or an ampoule the dose is the volume; in a spray the dose is the number of actuations multiplied by the output per actuation.
That means three things have to be fixed together, not separately:
- The concentration of the active in the liquid
- The output of the pump or valve, in millilitres per actuation
- The number of actuations per day printed on the label
Change one and the dose changes. This is also why the pump is approved together with the formula, not after it.
Why sprays are harder than they look
- Preservation. A water-based spray is a preserved product, exactly like a syrup. The preservative system and the pump have to be compatible — some preservatives are absorbed by the pump components and lose effectiveness over the shelf life.
- Clogging. Botanical extracts and suspended actives can block a fine nozzle. The formula has to be filtered or solubilised to suit the actuator, not the other way round.
- Taste. An oral spray is tasted directly, at full concentration. Bitter actives are harder to mask in a spray than in a diluted syrup.

Quality control on sprays
Spray quality is checked on appearance, fill volume, actuation output, spray pattern and microbiological status. Actuation output is checked at the start and at the end of the run, because a pump that delivers less as the container empties is delivering less than your label promises.
Each batch is supplied with a certificate of analysis. Specifications and raw material statements are available on request.
We do not make disease or treatment claims for any product, and we do not write claims into pack copy. Nutrient content statements and any authorised nutrition or health claims follow the rules of the destination market.
How a spray project runs
- Brief — actives, dose per actuation, number of sprays per day, target market and quantity
- Quotation — feasibility, pump or bag-on-valve, fill volume, MOQ and price
- Samples — samples and label wording in 5 working days
- Approval — you approve spray pattern, output, taste and artwork
- Production — compounding, filling, pump or valve crimping, labelling and coding
- Delivery — batch with certificate of analysis, ready for export
Frequently asked questions
What is the minimum order for sprays?
Starting quantities are from 2,000 units per product. The exact minimum depends on the container, the pump or valve and the carton, and is confirmed in the quotation.
Do you produce nasal sprays?
No. Nasal sprays are usually classified as medical devices or medicinal products in the EU, and the regulatory route is different from the one we work under.
How is the dose measured in a spray?
By actuation. The dose is the output per spray multiplied by the number of sprays per day. The concentration, the pump output and the label instruction are fixed together as one specification.
What is bag-on-valve and why choose it?
The liquid is held in a bag inside the container and pushed out by compressed air, so the product never mixes with the propellant. It allows the pack to be used at any angle and gives a more even spray as the container empties.
What documentation comes with a spray batch?
A certificate of analysis for the batch, with specifications and raw material statements available on request.
Request a spray quotation
Send us the actives, the dose per actuation and the quantity you need. We will reply with feasibility, container and pump options, MOQ and price — and tell you honestly if the dose you want cannot be delivered consistently from a spray.
