Oral Liquid Supplement Manufacturer in Turkey
Turkish Supplements produces oral liquid supplements in Turkey for brands, importers and distributors. We fill syrups, solutions, suspensions and drops into bottles, ampoules and vials, under your brand as a private label product or to your own formula on a contract basis.
Liquid formats solve a problem that tablets cannot: the customer who will not swallow a capsule, or the dose that has to be adjusted by age or body weight. The cost of that flexibility is complexity — a liquid has to stay stable, stay clear or stay evenly suspended, and taste acceptable for the whole shelf life. That is where most liquid projects succeed or fail.
Liquid formats we fill
- Syrups — sugar-based or sugar-free, for vitamins, minerals and botanical blends
- Solutions — clear aqueous liquids where the active is fully dissolved
- Suspensions — where the active does not dissolve and has to stay evenly dispersed
- Emulsions — oil-in-water systems for oil-soluble actives
- Drops — concentrated liquids dispensed by dropper or pipette
- Drinkable ampoules and vials — single-dose glass or plastic units
Typical actives include vitamins, minerals, plant extracts, amino acids and combinations of these. Formula feasibility — solubility, pH, preservative system and taste — is confirmed at quotation stage.
Pack formats
- Amber glass bottles — 100 ml to 250 ml, the standard for syrups
- PET bottles — lighter and shatter-resistant; suitable where the formula allows
- Dropper bottles — 10 ml to 50 ml, with a glass pipette and bulb
- Drinkable ampoules — 10 ml and 15 ml, single-dose, in cartons of 7, 10 or 20
- Drinkable vials — 10 ml and 15 ml, single-dose, in cartons of 7, 10 or 20
Amber glass is the default for light-sensitive formulas. Clear glass or PET is used where the product benefits from showing its colour, and where the formula is protected by the carton instead.
We do not produce sterile injectables. Ampoules and vials on this page are for oral use only. If you need an injectable product, we are not the right supplier and we will say so at the first enquiry.
What makes a liquid project harder than a tablet
Three things have to be settled before production, and none of them can be fixed later on the filling line:
- Preservation. A water-based product supports microbial growth. The preservative system, the pH and the water activity have to be designed together, and they have to be checked over the shelf life — not only on the day of filling.
- Stability. Vitamins degrade in solution faster than in a dry tablet. Light, oxygen and heat all accelerate it, which is why the bottle and the carton are part of the formula design.
- Taste. Some actives — minerals, certain plant extracts, amino acids — taste bitter or metallic in liquid form. Masking them changes the formula, so taste is approved on a sample before any packaging is ordered.
Suspensions add a fourth issue: the active settles unless the suspending system is right, and a settled product looks defective to the customer even when the dose is correct.

Quality control on liquids
Liquid quality is checked on appearance, pH, fill volume, seal integrity and microbiological status. Fill volume matters more than it looks: an underfilled bottle is a short dose, and an overfilled one costs you money on every unit in the batch.
Each batch is supplied with a certificate of analysis. Specifications and raw material statements are available on request.
We do not make disease or treatment claims for any product, and we do not write claims into pack copy. Nutrient content statements and any authorised nutrition or health claims follow the rules of the destination market.
How an oral liquid project runs

- Quotation — feasibility, preservative system, bottle or ampoule, MOQ and price
- Samples — samples and label wording in 5 working days
- Approval — you approve taste, appearance, fill volume and artwork
- Production — compounding, filling, sealing, labelling and coding
- Delivery — batch with certificate of analysis, ready for export
Frequently asked questions
What is the minimum order for oral liquids?
Starting quantities are from 2,000 units per product. The exact minimum depends on the bottle or ampoule size, the formula and the carton, and is confirmed in the quotation.
Are your ampoules injectable?
No. Every ampoule and vial we produce is for oral use. We do not manufacture sterile injectables.
Can you make a sugar-free syrup?
Yes, using sugar alcohols or other non-sugar bases. Sugar-free recipes change both taste and mouthfeel, so they are approved on a sample first.
Why does taste matter so much in a liquid?
Because the customer tastes the whole dose, every time. A tablet can be swallowed; a liquid cannot be hidden. Taste is approved on a sample before packaging is ordered, not after the batch is filled.
What documentation comes with a liquid batch?
A certificate of analysis for the batch, with specifications and raw material statements available on request.
